We knew these things have existed before, however, they were very few and far between when we started this project. This here is a Western yoke polo. We are deep-rooted in Arizona, big on traditional Western shirts, but play a good amount of golf. We threw pearl snaps on this extremely comfortable, primarily cotton, with a little bit of spandex, fabric. We are very stoked on this hybrid concept.

PEARL SNAP BUTTONS TWO-TONE YOKE AND POCKET ACCENT

Tubac, Arizona

With a population just over a thousand people, Tubac sits near the Mexican/Arizona border. Parts of the golf movie, Tin Cup, were filmed on the golf course in town. As a company, we try to emulate the traits found in this southwest gem.

Southwest Roots

The founders of Grass Clippings were all born into Southwest Culture as well as Southwest golf culture. We've done our best to marry the two. Tubac, Arizona is a place we frequent and draw inspiration from. The feelings of a small town, dust trailing a group on horseback, or a beer at Abe's watering hole are things we strive to capture.

Pearl Snaps

You typically see pearl snaps at a rodeo, a country bar, or a dude ranch. You don't often see them on a golf course. Although the Tubac Western can be worn pretty much anywhere, we figured it was time to introduce them to the golfing community. If you're playing in a match or a high stakes game, the slightest edge can be the difference. Pearl snaps might just be what puts you over the edge.

I am an assistant superintendent at a course up here in Wisconsin. This hat is awesome and can’t wait to rep it out on the course and out on the streets. Keep doin what you do.

Very excited about this hat. I’m the groundskeeper at Texas A&M University’s baseball field so grass is my life. Couldn’t go without something from y’all! Pumped to get it and wear it at work, Stay grassy!

In my free time I volunteer for the park district mowing ball fields and I thought some Stay grassy gear would be a perfect addition to wear out on the fields.
